At St. Catherines Association, the spirit of Easter was alive and well during our 2024 Easter Egg Hunt, a much-anticipated event that brought joy and excitement to children and staff alike. This year, the festivities were even more special as the Easter Bunny made a delightful visit to all our Residential, Respite, and Adult Day Service centres, spreading cheer and smiles wherever they went.
A Day Filled with Excitement
The anticipation leading up to the Easter Egg Hunt was palpable. Children and staff members eagerly awaited the big day and all locations were adorned with colourful decorations.
The Easter Bunny’s Grand Entrance
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the visit from the Easter Bunny. With an armful of chocolates and a heart full of joy, the Easter Bunny hopped from one centre to another, greeting everyone warmly and with a friendly wave. The children’s and adult’s eyes lit up with excitement as they spotted the Easter Bunny, and their laughter echoed through the halls.
A Day of Togetherness and Joy
The Easter celebrations extended beyond the egg hunts. Each centre organised a variety of activities, including face painting, arts and crafts, and games, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff at St. Catherines Association went above and beyond to ensure that the day was a success.
